A name, location, or other entry placed in a search tool is passed to the independent provider that operates that tool. Nye County Busted Mugshots does not store or log those search terms on its own systems. A partner’s use of submitted search information is controlled by that partner’s privacy policy.
Messages
If a visitor sends a message through a contact method made available by this site, the message and the information supplied with it may be retained to respond. The site does not share those messages outside its organization unless disclosure is required by law.

This site is intended for adults and is not directed to people under 18. It does not knowingly collect personal information from a person under 18. If a minor has provided personal information, a parent or guardian may ask that it be deleted through the Contact Us page.
